How to set 1host.my as the Billing Contact in MYNIC

Billing Contact in MYNIC is responsible for changing / updating the Invoicing Party of the domain name. This is required if your wish to transfer your current domain name to and renew it with us.

Here are the steps on how you can set 1host.my as the Billing Contact.


If you registered the domain name with 1host.my, your Billing Contact is automatically set unless requested differently.


  1. Login here : https://domainmanager.mynic.my/Mynic-ViewController-context-root/faces/PB/UserLogin.jsp

  2. Enter your login details and click “Login”.
    Note: If you have lost your Username or Password, please click on the "Forget Username" and "Forget Password" link to retrieve.

  3. Enter the related Code(MYNIC Handle) and click on "Proceed" button.
    Note: You may find your Code(MYNIC Handle) for your domain contact through the WHOIS services found at http://whois.mynic.my/

  4. Under “Domain Name” tab, select “Modify Domain”.

  5. Enter “[Domain Name]” and Select your domain extension under “[Domain Extension]”. Click "Search".

  6. Under Search Results, tick the domain you want to modify and click “Modify”.

  7. Tick “Appoint a New Billing Contact”.

  8. Enter CKEY0000286720 as Existing MYNIC Handle.

  9. Click “Modify”.

  10. Billing Contact will be changed and a notification will be emailed to your domain Admin’s email.
